As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with both primary and secondary-aged pupils who have often faced significant life challenges and may struggle to trust others. Many of the children display emotional dysregulation and require one-to-one or small-group support to build confidence, regulate behaviour, and develop both socially and academically.
