We are working with secondary schools in the Maghull rea who will be looking for a Teaching Assistants to work with students to provide 1:1 support starting in September 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Offer one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom.
• Assist in implementing individual education plans and behaviour management strategies.
• Aid students in their academic progress
• Foster a secure and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with children who have special educational needs is highly desirable.
• Graduates preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated compassion and patience.
• Ability to build strong connections with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.

Pay Rate:

£90 - £100 a day (depending on experience)

* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
