• Support teaching and learning across the classroom, primarily in KS1 or KS2

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support for pupils

• Provide one-to-one or small group interventions to boost progress

• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and participation

• Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

• Experience working with children (in school or other settings)

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners

• Positive, proactive, and patient approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
