To Start - ASAP - Recruiting for a Float Teaching Assistant to support students with various SEN and to work wherever needed in a Hornchurch school.

Are you a Teaching Assistant who is a great "all-rounder"

Somebody with a wide range of knowledge and skills including communication, organization, patience, empathy, and adaptability would ideally be essential.

Monday - Friday (Term time only)

Teaching Assistant Role:

• Empathy and patience: Understanding the individuals needs and providing support with patience.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm: Creating a positive learning environment for all the students.
• Ability to collaborate: Working effectively with the classroom teacher to implement lesson plans for the students.
• Organizational skills: Managing tasks and materials efficiently.
• Flexibility and adaptability: Adjusting to changing situations and student needs.
• L2/L3 Teaching Assistant, Care, SEND or Psychology qualification.
