• Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalized learning plans and strategies.

• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the class.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a focus on supporting children with SEN (experience with Autism, ADHD, or specific learning difficulties is advantageous).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting diverse learning needs.
