Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Salary: NCJ 3-4 £22,737 - £23,114 Actual Salary - £17,075.79 - £17,358.92 + AET Wellbeing Cash Plan + Pension Scheme (LGPS) + Additional AET Benefits

Start Date: As soon as possible - End date: 31st August 2024 (Fixed term)

The role:

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant (Level 1) to join our enthusiastic and friendly team. The role will involve supporting the care and supervision of children in various play, learning and other daily activities. The successful candidates will be able to maintain a safe working environment, be able to work well as part of a team and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience of working with children would be an advantage. The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of supporting and adapting learning for pupils in any phase.
• Have experience of working with young people
• Be robust, resilient and take pride in helping students who can sometimes find school life challenging.
• Be flexible, positive and have a 'can do' attitude
