About the role:

LTF Recruitment are excited to be offering the opportunity to work in a fantastic, inclusive SEN school in the NG18 area of Nottingham. The school are looking to appoint an experienced Teaching assistant to work alongside their dedicated, nurturing team of support staff. The successful candidate will be working closely with a range of SEN students, supporting their social, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 and in small groups supporting children with challenging behaviour.
• Work with colleagues to develop strategies that manage students' behaviour.
• Develop communication strategies for SEN learners.
• Promote and support the progress of all students.
• Meet the additional needs of students across the school.
