About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant within a Year 6 classroom, you will collaborate closely with a long-standing class teacher to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with individualised learning plans, implementing specialised teaching strategies, and fostering an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a candidate who possesses:

• Some experience working with learners who have special educational needs within a school environment or in a child-based setting outside the classroom.
• A genuine passion for supporting the diverse needs of students and promoting their holistic development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
• Adaptability, patience, and empathy towards the unique challenges faced by students with SEN.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork and professional development.
