If so, we'd love to hear from you!We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our specialist school on a full-time basis from September. This role offers a temp-to-perm contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.
• Assist in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans.
• Support students with daily activities, communication, and emotional regulation.
• Foster a safe and engaging atmosphere to promote development and confidence.

Requirements:

• Experience in social care supporting children or young adults with disabilities.
• Previous experience working with SEMH and complex needs.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and specialists.
