?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects

• Working 1:1 and with small groups to reinforce learning

• Assisting students with additional needs to access the curriculum

• Supporting teaching staff with lesson preparation and delivery

• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a respectful, inclusive atmosphere

�? What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with secondary-age pupils (6+ months preferred)

• A calm, confident, and proactive approach to learning support

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
