About the role

This is a full-time position for a dedicated Maths Teacher in a forward-thinking secondary school in Bradford, with a start date of September 2025. What You'll Need:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A strong ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Expert knowledge of Mathematics.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to design creative and innovative lesson plans.
  • Experience in differentiating instruction for mixed-ability groups.
  • Confidence in using assessment and data to inform teaching strategies.
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to work as part of a team.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons.
  • Teach students in Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for Key Stage 5 involvement.
  • Set high expectations to inspire students to reach their full potential.
  • Assess and track student progress regularly.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Promote independent learning and critical thinking.
  • Participate in curriculum development and departmental planning.
