Teacher of English - Reed : Job Details

Are you a passionate and skilled English teacher ready for a new challenge? Reed Education is proud to be working with a well-established secondary school in Doncaster to recruit a Teacher of English for a September 2025 start.

The Role

You will be delivering engaging and inspiring English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting the wider school community and contributing to extracurricular activities

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in English or a related subject
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
