I am keen to speak with Tax specialists to join an advisory firm based in central London. The Tax Specialist will be a member of the high growth Tax Solutions team, which is responsible for delivering and maintaining tax technology, managed services, and professional services. The is an initial 6 month contract which is expected to be extended. Working on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for:* Drive revenue for the EMEA Tax Solutions business in relation to the European Union's FASTER Initiative, the requirements of automatic exchange of information regimes such as FATCA, the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), the OECD Crypto Assets Reporting Framework (CARF) and the US Qualified Intermediary (QI) and Qualified Derivatives Dealer (QDD) regimes.* Strengthen and develop relationships with stakeholders at existing and target customers* Assist in demonstrations of solutions and tools to targets and clients, including post implementation client support through training and consulting servicesYou will have:* BS/BA or operational taxes experience* More than six years of experience in tax ideally within operational taxes and/or provision of tax advisory services for the aforementioned regimes* Prior experience in a client-facing role with ownership of revenue targets* Experience with tax reclaims and relief at source and the EU's FASTER initiative* Experience with the FATCA and QI regimes and OECD driven initiatives including CRS, CARF, MDR, TRACE nice to have.
