Based in the heart of Mayfair, London, they work closely with ambitious SMEs and individuals, offering a highly personal and proactive service. From basic support with personal tax returns to complete outsourcing of business finances, they’re trusted advisors for any query, big or small. The Opportunity

They are excited to invite applications for the role of Personal Taxation Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding tax services and helping to shape the future of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on overseas tax matters, non-UK domiciled individuals, inheritance tax, and year-end tax planning.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact and overseeing billing and WIP management.
• Prepare and review tax returns, including trust and estate returns, TRS, IHT 10-year charges, and other complex calculations.
• Collaborate with partners on firm policies and tax team growth.
• Support business development efforts and proactively identify opportunities for client engagement.
• Mentor and coach trainees within the team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of IRIS Personal Tax and Trust Tax (advantageous).
• STEP qualification (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
