Overview

An outstanding firm of Chartered Accountants is on the lookout for senior tax professionals to become their NEW Corporate Tax Manager and Personal Tax Managers (would also consider an Assistant)! The purpose of this role will be to provide extra support to their tax department on a range of advisory services and preparing tax computations for a portfolio of complex clients.

This role is Monday - Friday 37.5hrs with potential for hybrid working after training and probation.

Salary is dependent on experience/qualifications + bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can be discussed.

Duties

• Manage personal and corporate tax compliance for a diverse portfolio, including CGT, IHT, ATED, and trusts
• Review tax returns and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
• Provide advisory support on complex tax matters, including R&D claims, capital allowances, and due diligence
• Build trusted client relationships, identifying risks and delivering commercial solutions
• Support and mentor junior team members, with scope to lead depending on experience

What we're looking for:

A successful candidate will hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / AAT / CTA) and demonstrate a strong background in UK accounting practice and corporation tax experience.
