Your new companyNewly created Tax Manager opportunity within successful, growing independent firm of chartered accountants

Your new roleWorking closely with the Tax Partner, this client-facing role offers the opportunity to work with a range of businesses to advise on corporate tax matters. Additionally, you will provide some technical support, when required, to others in the tax team and will undertake compliance reviews.

Advisory projects will be predominantly corporate tax focussed and could include advising clients on EIS schemes, share valuations, restructuring, demergers, capital gains work and a variety of other topics associated with owner-managed and SME businesses.What you'll need to succeed

You will have the confidence to support clients and more junior members of the team with technical tax queries and will hold either accountancy or tax qualifications (or both).

Ideally, you will have worked in a tax focused role in an accountancy firm, but those with good technical tax knowledge and experience within a more "general practice" role would also be considered.
