Are you an ambitious tax professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing international group as their Tax Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Group Tax. You’ll be supporting the set-up and development of tax operations across the business, working closely with senior leadership and a wide range of stakeholders. This role offers the chance to review current practices, bring them in line with listed company standards, and play a key role in shaping the group’s tax strategy. What you’ll be doing• Supporting the Head of Group Tax with the development and implementation of tax strategy and governance across multiple jurisdictions • Assisting in the implementation of a new tax provisioning and Pillar 2 tax tool • Preparing group and company tax provisions for statutory reporting, budgets and forecasts • Acting as a key point of contact for the wider business and external advisors on tax matters • Working with subsidiary finance teams and operational teams to identify improvements, manage risk and optimise processes • Monitoring and assessing the impact of legislative changes across UK and international operations What we’re looking for• Qualified tax professional • Strong background in corporation tax, with exposure to at least one other area of tax • Good knowledge of accounting for tax under IFRS • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and communicate complex matters clearly • A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills What’s on offer• Hybrid working – 3 days from home, 2 days in the London office (Monday & Wednesday in-office)• Exposure to international tax matters (UK, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, India) • A genuine opportunity to influence and shape a growing group’s tax function • Collaborative environment working directly with senior stakeholders If you’re motivated by the chance to build, improve, and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step in your tax career.
