Tax Assistant - TN Recruits : Job Details

Are you looking to advance your career in taxation with a large and reputable firm of Chartered Accountants? We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Tax Assistant to join our team in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in a corporate tax role, or experience in general practice with a keen interest in developing their career in tax. Ideally, you will be studying towards the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification.  Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and submission of tax returns for corporate clients.
• Providing support in tax planning and advisory services.
• Liaising with clients and tax authorities on tax-related matters.
• Conducting tax research and staying updated on changes in tax legislation.
• Assisting senior team members with various tax projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate tax role or general practice.
• Strong understanding of tax principles and regulations.
• Ideally studying towards ATT qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
