Tax Analyst - KennedyPearce Consulting : Job Details

A leading financial services organisation in the heart of the City of London are recruiting for an ambitious tax analyst to join their high-performing team. The person fulfilling this role will be supporting the Head of Finance to ensure all corporate and indirect tax matters are maintained as well as taking full ownership of the group's transfer pricing policy.

• Designing and implementing group wide tax strategy
• Ensure all the group's tax liabilities are met
• Working with internal stakeholders and tax consultants to all tax related filings and payments are completed on time
• Taking ownership of tax related disclosures on financial statements
• Responsibility for the group's transfer pricing policy ensuring compliance each jurisdiction
• Actively participate in any new business projects to provide tax related advice
• Update internal processes inline with new legislation

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified ACA/CTA with a background in tax accounting/advisory
• Experience with corporate tax and transfer pricing is essential
• Previous experience working with a regulated investment / financial services firm
• Awareness of financial regulations, compliance and risk management within the UK
