Job Description :

This newly created Tax Analysis will form a key part of the Finance team for one the Biggest Private Equity Firm Paying £65,000 to £75,000 depending on experience and currently operating a 3 day a week in the office with a Discretionary bonus. Located right next to Green Park Station

Role

This Tax Analysis Role will help the Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. This role will work closely with the Head of Tax in providing support for a growing team. Please find a brief outline of the role below.

  • Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide quality/timely tax advice to support new business initiatives;
  • Support tax reporting processes, including review of monthly tax provisions, reconciliation of annual tax roll-forwards (both deferred and current tax balances) and support for annual audits;
  • Support tax compliance processes - working with financial controllers and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate compliance with all tax obligations;
  • Liaise with external advisors and tax authorities on all tax matters relating to the business (including restructuring transactions, acquisitions & divestments, new business initiatives and management of tax enquiries/disputes);
  • Support colleagues to regularly review and update tax processes and controls to ensure "best-in-class" management of tax risks;
  • Analyze and support legislative tax changes which impact the business;

Profile

The Tax Analysis Role for this Private Equity Business firm is ideally looking for

  • Someone who is qualified CTA Accountant
  • Someone with at least 3 year's experience with Tax Reporting and Tax Consolidation
  • Someone who can speak a European language

Salary & Benefits

Salary is bench marked between £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience. Additionally, there is a Discretionary bonus and hybrid working of 3 days in the office, Private Gym, Free Language classes, percentage of nursery fee's and much more.
