• Proactively source and attract top talent within the Manufacturing & Engineering sector through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and our industry-leading tech stack.
• Screen and assess candidates' skills, suitability, and experience to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Communicate with Job Owners to effectively manage the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial pre-screen interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles and cultural fit within the organisations.
• Manage the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout our recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Account Management to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies & searches.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, applications, and recruitment activities in the company's CRM system.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Bolt-On Recruitment, promoting our values, services, and opportunities within the Manufacturing & Engineering sector.

Skills & Attributes

• Previous experience within Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-growing environment.
• Ability to work to company processes and aligning with company values.
• Team player mentality with a collaborative approach to working with Talent & Account Management colleagues.

Hours of Work

• 40 hours per week.
• 8am - 5pm.
• Monday - Friday.
