• Leveraging data and technology (HRIS: Bamboo) to drive automation, improve processes, and enhance decision-making.
• Supporting global pay/bonus forecasting using advanced Excel skills; your analytical mindset will shine here!
• Collaborating with the HR team on succession planning, headcount forecasting, and broader HR initiatives.

• A savvy financial industry experienced recruiter who's "technology curious" and thrives on innovation.
• Strong experience in data analysis and Excel; global pay/bonus work is a big plus!
