?? Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-Month Temp Role)?? Milton Keynes (Hybrid with Travel)?? Full-Time | Immediate Start (1 -Week Notice Max)Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced commercial environment?We're seeking an experienced Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic in-house recruitment team for a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by managing high-volume recruitment across a variety of roles.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing15-20 live vacancies at any one time across multiple departments.
• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process: stakeholder engagement, advertising, CV screening, interview coordination, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partnering with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and timelines.
• Ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely delivery of recruitment outcomes.

?? Location & Travel:

• Based in Milton Keynes office 1 day per week.
• Travel required 1-2 days per week to other UK sites (expenses reimbursed).
• Occasional overnight stays (accommodation provided).

? What You'll Need:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Availability to start within 1 week.
• You must have a full-clean driving licence and your own transport.
