Job Description
The internal Talent team is on a mission to provide excellent service to the rest of the business for all their Learning, Talent and Culture needs. We are working towards creating a seamless and efficient recruitment and onboarding process, providing amazing learning opportunities to develop our colleagues, and to ensure the culture at esure reflects the fantastic people we have working for us.
Our Talent Acquisition Partners support us in our search for top, diverse talent as we progress through the next phase of our transformation journey here at esure and an acquisition process with Ageas UK. You will partner with key business areas to provide expert recruitment support and ensure a market leading, seamless candidate journey throughout. This position is on 12 month FTC basis. We work in a hybrid way of working and would like someone to be onsite in our Reigate office with the team 2 days per week.What you’ll do:
- Management of the whole recruitment lifecycle, keeping the candidate at the forefront of everything you do.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, being that true partner and specialist when it comes to recruitment.
- Keep up to date with market trends and supply industry insights to the business.
- Embed yourself in the business areas you support to understand what they do and the role they play within esure.
- Support the wider talent management process; understand internal talent pipeline and where there are opportunities for internal candidates to progress.
- Share innovative ideas and try new things to ensure we are always relevant and dynamic in our resourcing processes.
- Work closely with 3rd party agencies and suppliers as and when needed, creating a truly collaborative approach with them.
- Be involved in recruitment, talent and wider HR projects.
Qualifications

This will be an amazing opportunity for someone with a little bit of experience in an Internal Recruitment role who wants to broaden their skills and support hiring in a business who are going through large scale change.
- You’ll have a passion for people, recruitment and diversity and inclusion.
- We want someone who not only embraces change but wants to be involved in delivering that change to make our business the best place it can be for our colleagues.
- Experience of using multiple channels to directly head hunt, search and screen candidates
- Excellent working knowledge of recruitment tools for sourcing such as job boards, LinkedIn and ATS systems.
- Extensive knowledge of the job market, current trends, salary patterns and key upcoming skills.
- A desire to improve recruitment processes and to automate these processes where possible.
- A keen eye for data and come up with ways we can utilise and benefit from the data available to us.
