I am currently working closely with a brilliant Midlands employer who specialise in the distribution industry. A business that is going through an exciting period of change and who have a strong brand name in the area.
They are a business headcount of c6000employees throughout the UK and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join them on a Fixed Term Contract basis for just over a year!
Talent Acquisition Partner Role Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Key Stakeholders in your business division (c700 employees) understanding their requirements and influencing where necessary
- Support and Line Manager the TA Advisor who supports on high volume hires within the division
- Management of a job portfolio of c15 live vacancies, specialising in mid to senior level hires (area/brand managers etc)
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and subsequent administration for the recruitment process
- Be the divisional point of contact for recruitment queries
- Work proactively with Divisional Leaders to anticipate business recruitment needs
- Generate candidate pipelines and build relationships with agencies when needed
- Review recruitment processes and recommend improvements to ensure they are fit for purpose
What do we need form you?
- Availability to start with short notice and ability to commute to the site within Warwickshire 3 days a week
- Ideally 2-4 years previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in an in-house recruitment role within and exposure to a blue collar work environment (similar to logistics distribution and supplychain)
