The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is important to us. This is a crucial role for our growing business, and we require a driven, and tenacious personality who can quickly build relationships and manage a varied stakeholder group. An initiative-taker with a positive attitude and a flexible outlook.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead and joining an existing team of , you will support our Internal Managers and Directors in their recruiting needs.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Head Office Campus, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will include…

• Taking ownership of and lead the recruitment process for our front line volume roles; from initial conversations with hiring managers to managing a positive candidate recruitment experience through to offer.
• Pro-actively sourcing candidates and build a candidate pipeline through typical recruitment methods whilst also thinking outside of the box to find the best talent for the organisation.
• Responsibility for shortlisting CVs for your business areas, influencing and educating our Hiring Managers on talent and the market landscape.
• Supporting with recruitment related projects to ensure the function in continuously improving our processes and procedures and engagement with the wider business.

Please note this role is full-time in our Crewe HQ, 5 days per week, 8:30am - 5pm 

• Previous Radius experience - across Sales, Account Management or similar.
• Drive to succeed and genuine passion to start a career in recruitment.
• Ability to source qualified candidates by networking and using the tools provided (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS).
• Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues across the organisation.
