The Opportunity
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UK&I Talent Acquisition Team, based in our London City office, on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will take responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, secure and retain high-quality talent across the UK and Ireland, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the selection and on-boarding process.
What can I expect day to day?
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the wider Talent Acquisition team to support the delivery of high-quality and industry-leading attraction strategies for the Hays business. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining industry-leading assessment and selection processes; managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, secure and retain high quality talent in the UK & Ireland all whilst ensuring that each candidate receives a high-quality experience throughout the selection and on-boarding process.
This will include:
Working collaboratively and in partnership with Hays' HR Shared Service Team, Training & Learning & Development.
Identify and build diverse talent networks.
Act as a trusted partner through the recruitment process, managing the business expectations.
Application management and initial interviews of prospective candidates.
Plan & deliver assessment centres.
Manage the scheduling of final interview process with Operations Directors.
