Location: Bolton (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)Hours: Full-time, permanent

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to help us attract, engage, and recruit the very best talent across our stores and Support Centre.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive recruiter with a strong HR background to lead and shape the way we hire. From job briefs to onboarding, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment while ensuring the candidate journey is engaging, efficient, and aligned with our values.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business - including the Executive team, Regional Managers, and Heads of Department, to deliver effective recruitment strategies, support succession planning, and ensure our hiring practices reflect both our brand and employment law best practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead full 360 recruitment across Retail and Support Centre roles
  • Partner with Exec, Regional Managers, and Heads of Department to scope and deliver hiring needs
  • Design and manage robust selection processes (interviews, assessments, tasks)
  • Write compelling job descriptions and adverts that attract the right talent
  • Build and embed succession plans and talent pipelines across key business areas
  • Support broader workforce planning
  • Oversee our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure processes are efficient and compliant
  • Coach hiring managers at all levels on recruitment best practice
  • Use social media and employer branding to enhance our talent attraction
  • Manage recruitment budget and agency relationships
  • Support onboarding and induction for new Support Centre colleagues

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience (360/full lifecycle)
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation related to hiring
  • Confident communicator who can influence at all levels - including Exec and Regional leadership
  • Understanding of core HR principles
  • Track record of building succession plans and strategic talent pipelines
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, creative, and adaptable
  • Strong IT skills and ATS experience

It’s a bonus if you also have:

  • Retail and/or agency recruitment experience
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification
