Position:Internal Recruitment Consultant. (Hybrid Working)  Target:Only candidates with previous permanent recruitment experience will be considered.Location: Hybrid, Working 3 days per week from our offices in Colchester, Essex and two days from home. Rewards: Basic Salary of up-to £32.5K D.O.E plus a 12-month minimum commission guarantee providing a first year salary guarantee of at least £37,500 minimum plus a fantastic commission structure meaning a Realistic £50K OTE, in year one.  Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. (Permanent Full Time Employed Role) Timeline: Immediate interviews with a July 2024 start date.

We offer a broad range of Mortgage Services together with Part Exchange, and Assisted Move The Role:Reporting directly to the Internal Talent Acquisition Manager you will be expected to develop an in depth understanding of the day to day running of The New Homes Group Businesses and its high volume and fast paced recruitment requirements, You will be expected to work closely with stakeholders Directors and colleagues throughout the business.. The ideal candidate will need a a background in high volume fast paced recruitment, and the role may suit an agency recruiter that is looking to step away from business development/sales and focus on delivery. To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a recruitment role that required outbound sourcing techniques and extensive and detailed use of ATS software to source the best candidate in the market sector you currently work in from both the internal database and 3rd party websites. Internal Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for filling a high volume of vacancies, shortlisting, interviewing and hiring.
  • This position is purely a recruitment delivery role, without the requirement to complete compliance and proof checking and chasing as this is managed by the internal HR team.  
  • Utilising a range of outbound sourcing techniques to attract the highest calibre candidates, with a focus on the long term retention of candidates brought into The New Homes Group businesses.
  • Recruiting for a wide range of high volume Property/Estate Agency based roles.
  • Confident and well versed in both telephone and face-to-face interview processes.
  • Responsible for cradle to grave recruitment process.
  • Full compliance and utilisation of our state of the art the in-house ATS system whilst keeping detailed records including recording all activity by updating candidate records via the ATS as required.
  • Inbound/Outbound calls (Including candidate calls and dealing with all general application inquiries)
  • Creating bespoke job adverts updating job boards and social media to ensure maximum candidate attraction.
  • Fully utilising the LinkedIn Recruiter platform to source active candidates in the market.
  • Utilising our large internal database by keeping in regular contact with suitable candidates to maximise hires. 

Essential Requirements: 

  • Demonstrable permanent recruitment and candidate sourcing experience from either an in house or agency background required of at least 2 years. 
  • Volume/Fast paced recruitment experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task and build Strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel.
  • Highly Competent ATS/CRM user with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and vibrant environment, whilst keeping a focus on the detail.
