Location: Hybrid – East CroydonContract: 6 Month FTCPay: Competitive 

Our client, a leading organisation in the transport sector, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a strategic role with high visibility, offering the chance to shape recruitment practices and attract top-tier talent across the business.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist roles.
  • Design and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.
  • Source passive candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, market mapping).
  • Develop engaging recruitment marketing campaigns and support employer branding.
  • Build and nurture talent pools for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Deliver assessments including psychometric and aptitude testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience recruiting across diverse functions and senior levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills, especially with passive candidates.
  • Expertise in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume workloads with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in creating and managing talent pools.
  • Solution-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and methodologies.
