Systems Project Manager - Headstar : Job Details

If you've ever looked at a legacy system and thought "we can't grow on this" - this one's for you.

This isn't a follow-the-spec type role. You'll be handed the reins to lead an ERP transition for a fast-growing, multi-site manufacturing group that's scaling through acquisition and needs its systems to keep up.

Following a couple of recent bolt-on deals, one site is still running on an outdated platform. The plan is to bring everything onto one unified ERP, BizTrack is the preferred choice, but they need someone with the know-how to take it from idea to reality.

• Lead the ERP upgrade at one of the group's core manufacturing businesses

• Own the transition end-to-end - from scoping and stakeholder buy-in to implementation and training

• Work directly with senior leadership, operations, and IT

• Be on-site in Hull regularly to make things happen where it counts

• Proven experience leading ERP or major systems transitions in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong knowledge of operational workflows - raw materials to finished product

• Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams

• Exposure to BizTrack is advantageous

• Confidence and credibility to push a project forward with pace

• True ownership of a business-critical project

• A well-backed, ambitious group that understands the value of great systems

• Competitive package:£70k-£90k FTC equivalent or day rate available for contractors

• 6+ month contract, with potential to extend
