• Provide support to all users across the site
• Support the wider business in all technical issues
• In depth support of our Microsoft focused technical stack
• Assist with all hardware installations and integrations into the network

We need you to have…

• Technical Support experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft products; Windows OS/Server, Office 365, Active Directory
• Good communication skills
• Local to Birkenhead due to the role being on site

• An enhanced DBS
• A project solving ethos
• Microsoft Certifications
