Responsibilities & Tasks of the Sustainability Coordinator:
- Assist in crafting and executing the sustainability strategy, aligned with company growth
- Diary management
- Supply chain coordination
- Policy drafting
- Take charge of data collection and management for environmental projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Cultivate strong partnerships with external stakeholders
- Champion internal sustainability projects and welfare initiatives
- Support supply chain mapping and risk assessment efforts for supplier partners
- Generate management reports and assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership
- Provide exceptional support to both internal teams and external customers
Experience & Skills of the Sustainability Coordinator:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data sets
- Proficiency in project management with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient within MS Excel ideally Pivots V lookups
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to various stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational abilities
- Understanding of ESG issues in the food industry
- Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred
