Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE, including Part L compliance, overheating, and operational energy assessments
- Perform domestic Part L compliance assessments (SAP)
- Carry out Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP) assessments
- Prepare detailed technical reports such as energy statements and overheating assessments
- Collaborate with the wider team to support technical reports covering sustainability statements, circular economy, and whole-life carbon assessments
