As a Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for recording precise measurements and design information for domestic primary windows, secondary windows, Garage doors, and doors. Your work will directly impact the quality and success of our projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys of aluminium, UPVC, or composite domestic window and door sets.
• Complete ventilation surveys in compliance with part F requirements.
• Ensure a high standard of workmanship and pride in your work.
• Resolve design and ordering issues effectively and communicate appropriately with customers.
• Manage your workload independently and ensure excellent customer service.
• Accurately capture and record survey information required for product manufacturing.
• Quantify materials needed for installations and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support the business with glazing, window, and door surveying as needed.

Experience and Personal Attributes:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in domestic trade surveying.
• Strong experience in producing technical documentation and adhering to regulatory mandates.
• Proficiency in quantifying materials for domestic trade scenarios.
• Understanding of working in various domestic settings, including social housing.
• Knowledge of installation processes and procedures in domestic trade.
• Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills with strong customer service abilities.
• Full UK/EU driving licence.
• NVQ level 2 or higher in fenestration installation or a valid MTC card.
