Job Description :
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with Middle Office IT and stakeholders in compliance, Technology & front office to develop road maps
- Manage and communicate the IT strategy & vision for Trade Surveillance & Communications
- Oversee multiple projects and deliverables within the Trade Surveillance space
- Work with product owners & IT delivery teams internally
- Conduct Business Analysis on regulatory focused tech initiatives regarding trade, communications & surveillance
- Coordinate, Lead, and Facilitate requirements gathering and process definition workshops with the business and Compliance
- Document functional and non-functional user stories and Epics
- Work closely with the Global Head of Surveillance to ensure alignment and integration of surveillance systems
- Ad-hoc projects on surveillance and communications to improve effectiveness
Experience
- Strong BA/PM background within trade surveillance and communications
- Derivatives product knowledge
- Front to back trade lifecycle understanding
- SDLC process and experience implementing technology in commodities/banking
- Demonstrated experience supporting the roll-out of new markets, products, and scenarios within surveillance, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- SQL & Tableau experience desirable
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Good understanding of various Agile/Waterfall development methodologies
