Work Location: Newcastle/Gateshead/Sunderland/Durham

About the Role:

• Provide daily living support to adults with varying learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and opportunities.
• Empower individuals to live as independently as possible.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.

Shift Patterns:

• 08:00 - 20:00 Days
• 20:00 - 08:00 Waking Nights
• 08:00 - 22:00 with Sleep in, then 07:00 - 10:00

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across various homes and shift patterns.
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals to achieve their full potential.
