Support Workers - Tiverton - Interaction Recruitment : Job Details

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking to recruit Support Workers to work either days or nights for a client we have in Tiverton.

You will be supporting and enabling residents to get the most out of life, supporting individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends and gain the ability to move on to more independent living when they are ready.

The residential home is enabling service users with autism and learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.The Role:Assisting with daily living and domestic dutiesDeveloping positive working relationshipsEnsuring that the health, safety and welfare of clients is always protectedMaintaining accurate and up to date reports such as support plansRespect the individuality and confidentiality of each clientBuild and maintain relationships with service users.

Supporting service users out in the community.
