Job Introduction
Support Worker
We’re looking for caring individuals to support people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging behaviours, EUPD & Mental health and help them thrive at home and in their communities.
We’re holding an Assessment Day in Lincoln to recruit support workers for a range of rewarding care packages, each supporting individuals with varying needs and conditions.
A face-to-face Assessment Day for this role will take place on Thursday, 11th September 2025, between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre-screen.
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers who ideally have full flexibility with their working hours, can work full time and hold a valid UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle. You must have experience supporting individuals with self-harm concerns.
Pay rates £14.18 per hour depending on the package & Sleep in shifts are £10 per hour - Subject to package.
We offer 12 hours shifts across either 8:00am - 20:00pm or 20:00pm - 8:00am and the odd package has 24 hour shifts 8:00am - 8:00am with a Sleep in included. We are looking for Support workers who can work full time hours, 30+ plus. We provide 1:1 and 2:1 care across our packages within Lincoln.
