The Support Worker role:

OLPA have a 3 bedded specialist service for people with a Learning Disability and dementia in Devizes Wiltshire. Do you want too:

Be a part of this exciting team:

• providing support to three people in a lovely small homely environment within the community
• Providing person centred care and support possibly through to end of life
•  Providing stimulating and appropriate activities for people supported and accessing the community
• Enabling, where possible, the people to be part of the community 
• Have the opportunity to be part of a new team and participate in the development of this new service

No experience is necessary as OLPA will offer their Support Worker:

As our Support Worker, you will need to be flexible and able to work shifts including some weekends, bank holidays and evenings/nights working within a 24/7 rota.
