We’re looking for compassionate, reliable male support workers within Lincoln with experience supporting individuals with severe learning disabilities (LD), Autism, and epilepsy to join a small, dedicated team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Learning Disabilities & Autism (LDA)
  • Comfortable with behaviours that challenge
  • Driver (Essential – for outings and appointments)
  • Male applicants only (due to personal care and specific needs)
  • Experience with epilepsy, non-verbal communication, and Makaton is a bonus – but not essential
