We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate supporter to make a real difference in someone's life in Norwich. This person has a great sense of humour, a passion for fashion and gaming, and is looking for someone to share experiences with, explore the local area, and build a strong connection.

To make this happen, we're looking for someone who knows Norwich like the back of their hand, has a full UK Driving Licence, and can help them get out and about. If you're local to Norwich and can bring a positive and empowering approach to supporting this person, we'd love to hear from you.

What will your shift involve?

As a supporter, you'll be working closely with them to plan and enjoy activities that bring them joy, whether that's trying new things, visiting favourite places, or just hanging out at home. You'll also help with household tasks to keep their living space comfortable and organised.

The most important thing is that you're able to communicate clearly and confidently with them in a way that works best for them. By building a trusting relationship and providing compassionate, tailored support, you can make a real difference to their life.

What will your shift involve?

In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 1:1 basis, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote their social interaction and well-being. Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence. Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.

This role sits within our LD&A family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Team Leader.
