Support Worker - Blackburn

Precedo Healthcare is looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team in Blackburn, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in Supported Living settings.

What You’ll Do:

• Support with daily living, personal care, and routines

• Promote independence and involvement in the community

• Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months' recent experience as a Support Worker

• A caring, reliable, and person-centred approach

• Current DBS on the update service or willing to apply
