Support Worker – Full Time with driving responsibilities - Bristol

Are you passionate about making a difference in young lives?Do you have a background in sports, behaviour support, or working with children with SEMH/SEN needs?

We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Support Workers to join a school team in Bristol. This is a full-time role supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, including transporting them to and from school – so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. This is a temporary post for the full academic year!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH/SEN needs
• Re-engage the child with education through positive relationships and activities
• Use your experience or hobbies (e.g. football, boxing, coaching, mentoring) to inspire and motivate
• Ensure safe and reliable transport to and from school

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in SEMH, SEN, behaviour support, or youth work
• Background in sports or other engaging hobbies that promote discipline and teamwork
• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic
• Must be able to drive and have access to a car
