Healthcare Assistant – Supported LivingLocation: Carlisle, CumbriaSector: Autism | Learning Disabilities | Challenging BehaviourHours: 12-hour shifts (08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00)Shifts: Monday to Sunday (Flexible availability required)Pay: £15.62/hr (Ltd Umbrella) | £13.92/hr (PAYE Inclusive)Make a Difference Where It Matters Most Service Care Solutions are looking for passionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join a specialist supported living service in Carlisle, working with adults with Autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and complex care needs.You’ll be providing 1:1 specialist support to individuals with age-related conditions in a safe, structured, and person-centred environment. What You Need to Apply:

• Proven experience in Acute Mental Health, Autism, or Learning Disabilities
• Mandatory Training completed within the last 12 months (including Manual Handling - practical)
• A compassionate, patient-centred approach
• Strong communication skills and team ethic
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts
