Are you a detail-driven administrator with a passion for organisation and supporting others? We're looking for a proactive and reliable Support Team Administrator to join our Occupational Health team at Airbus during an exciting transition to a new medical database.

??? What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a key role in keeping our busy department running smoothly by:

• Scheduling employee appointments and managing the clinic diary for nurses, doctors, and physiotherapists.
• Preparing confidential case files and ensuring all privacy protocols are followed.
• Coordinating with managers to confirm appointment details.
• Keeping employee data accurate and up to date across internal systems.
• Sending SMS reminders and saving contact details to maintain a clear audit trail.
• Supporting clinicians with notes and assisting with reception enquiries.

• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Solid IT skills, especially with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with databases.
