What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong classroom management and ability to engage students quickly.
• Adaptability: Confident stepping into new schools and subjects at short notice.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and students.
• Positive attitude and resilience – ready to make an impact wherever you go.
• Passion for education and commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
• Ability to deliver lessons effectively, even with limited preparation time.
• Willingness to travel across Hampshire for different assignments.
