We're thrilled to partner with a primary school in the WF1 area to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant. This is an opportunity to be a valued member of the school team and a key support figure for young learners.

• Lending a hand to teachers with lesson delivery and classroom tasks.

• Providing one-on-one and small-group support to help pupils reach their full potential.

• Assisting with classroom management to create a calm and focused environment.

• Preparing and organizing all the necessary learning resources.

• Supervising students during activities and breaks.

• Keeping detailed records of student progress.

• Working as a team with all school staff to support educational goals.

We're on the hunt for a proactive and compassionate individual! To be a great fit, you should have:

• A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or relevant experience in a school setting.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a UK primary school.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A solid understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
