Supply Primary Teacher - Tranquil Recruitment Solutions Ltd : Job Details

We are seeking Primary Supply Teachers to join our expanding network of teaching staff in the County Durham area.

Are you looking for something flexible? We required ad- hoc supply staff but also can secure long term / short term bookings.

The ideal candidates will:

• Be passionate about education and supporting children to reach their full potential
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level
• Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
• Be a qualified teacher (have gained your QTS) - We welcome applications from ECTs
• Be a UK based resident with valid right to work and also a DBS ideally on the update service.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with autism or special education requirements

- Utilise creative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive educational experience

- Offer tutoring and mentoring support to students as needed

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior
