Supply Planner

South Manchester – Hybrid Working

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

NJR are currently working with a friendly, busy company based in Stockport who are seeking a Supply Chain Planner. Our client cares about their people, they encourage learning, having fun and being happy, and support that with their mission and values.

Duties:

• Enable on-time delivery of product into our warehouses
• Building strong relationships with vendors in close cooperation with the Procurement Team
• Key player in the S&OP process, manage inventory levels and phase-in-out process
• Daily contact with internal departments and suppliers about special orders and changes
• Maintain ERP system such as adding new products, suppliers, changes in lead times or MOQs
• Work with and contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP System

Experience Required:

• Strong international work experience in the FMCG industry of which at least 2 years as a Planner
• ERP knowledge
• Self-starter and self-motivator with a high sense of urgency and ownership
• Thorough knowledge and experience with MS office and especially Excel
• Able to work independently but also as a team player
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented
• Ability to prioritise a broad operational agenda
